To associate a new Trac project with an existing Subversion repository:
- Create a Trac project with exactly the same name as the Subversion repository
- Then assign yourself TRAC_ADMIN permissions (so you can manage the Trac project)
- Finally resync the Trac project to bring in all the changesets from Subversion
