Where are you located?
devZing is located in Portland, OR USA. If you’re ever in the vicinity let us know and we’d be happy to meet up. Our US datacenter is near Chicago, Il and our UK datacenter is near Manchester.
What payment methods do you support?
We accept all Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club cards. In some cases we also accept PayPal, but only for annual billing. We can also accept purchase orders, but you must be on the Big or Enterprise plan.
Is phone support available?
Yes phone support is available. The cost is $250/incident or $2,000 for a pack of 10 incidents. Please contact support to set this up.
